Biff Bar Box Mod Reorder Program Checklist for Greece Trade Buyers

Sample policy and product evaluation

Distributors highlight the paperwork side. Customs-cleared shipments with complete documents, accurate packing lists and responsive freight coordination reduce the total landed cost far more than haggling over cents on unit price.

Display support travels with the goods: counter display units, flavor cards and shelf-ready label artwork are available for Greece launches, so the range lands merchandised instead of boxed.

The biggest lever on price is specification. Higher puff counts, larger cells, premium mesh coils and custom packaging all shift cost, so it pays to decide which features your customers actually use rather than paying headroom for headline numbers that do not sell.

Packaging is engineered for the journey to Greece: five-layer master cartons kept under 18kg, molded inner trays, and stretch-wrapped pallets with corner protection for container loads. Thin cartons are a false economy the factory does not offer.

Practical checklist

• Plan counter display units and flavor cards for launch day
• Request a mixed-flavor carton for first orders to test local demand
• Choose puff count and nicotine strength to match your customer base
• Compare landed (DDP) cost, not factory price alone
• Set warehouse storage between 15°C and 30°C, under 65% humidity
• Approve digital mockups before any custom printing begins

Storage and shelf life at your Greece warehouse

Recommended storage temperature sits between 15°C and 30°C with humidity under 65%. E-liquid exposed to prolonged heat can darken and lose top notes, while cold storage below freezing can compromise seal integrity — ambient conditioned space is ideal.

Sample evaluation should mirror real trading conditions: open the carton, check sealing and labeling, test draw and vapor, then compare flavor against the reference profile the desk provides.

When destination rules in Greece change, paperwork changes with them. Flag the market at quotation stage and the desk confirms the exact certificate set in writing rather than at customs.
