Biff Bar Box Mod Payment Terms Checklist for Romania Trade Buyers

Minimums, tiers and payment terms

Minimum order quantities are designed for trade: typical entry at 200 units, with mixed-flavor cartons available so first orders are not forced into a single profile. Volume tiers usually step up at pallet and container quantities, where per-unit savings become significant.

The fastest route to a live number is a message with quantity and destination. Those two details let the desk return biff bar box mod unit pricing, freight options and stock positions for Romania in a single reply - usually within hours.

Timing orders around the production calendar

Under-planning lead times around Chinese holidays and peak shipping season turns predictable restocks into emergencies. Building a two-week buffer and using split shipments keeps biff bar box mod shelves full year-round.

Mixed-flavor cartons remain the default recommendation for a first Romania order. Once sell-through data identifies local winners, reorders lean into them while keeping a variety tail for browsing customers.

Age policy is absolute: products are marketed to adult smokers of legal age only, and Romania trade customers are expected to apply the same standard in their own channels.

Practical checklist

• Set warehouse storage between 15°C and 30°C, under 65% humidity
• Confirm destination regulations and required certificates before ordering
• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays
• Request a mixed-flavor carton for first orders to test local demand
• Choose puff count and nicotine strength to match your customer base
• Register batch codes on arrival for first-in-first-out rotation

Documents that travel with every shipment

Battery shipments follow applicable transport regulation: cells are packed at safe state-of-charge, cartons carry the proper marks, and documentation accompanies the goods. Forwarders familiar with lithium-ion consumer goods consistently clear our shipments without the delays that hit poorly documented competitors.

Display support travels with the goods: counter display units, flavor cards and shelf-ready label artwork are available for Romania launches, so the range lands merchandised instead of boxed.

Counter display units are available for most lines: branded CDU trays that hold the flavor range in one neat block, with flavor cards that help customers self-select. Retailers using CDUs report faster basket decisions and fewer staff questions.

After-sales support and claims handling

Where issues do occur — a damaged carton, a rare defective unit — the replacement policy is applied against photo evidence with minimal back-and-forth, which is the service point our long-term accounts mention most often.

Trade demand in Romania rewards depth over breadth. A focused biff bar box mod core range that never goes out of stock outsells a wide shelf with gaps, so the payment terms plan should be built around real turnover rather than catalog size.

For online sellers in Romania, the asset pack matters as much as the product: white-background images, spec tables and flavor descriptions let a new biff bar box mod listing go live the day stock arrives.
