Biff Bar Box Mod Payment Terms in Florida: Wholesale FAQ
Timing orders around the production calendar
Cartons for biff bar box mod are built to survive international handling: five-layer corrugated board, molded inner trays, and weight kept under 18kg per master carton to comply with common carrier limits. Carton markings include item code, flavor, quantity, batch number and gross/net weight, so warehouse receiving is fast.
Age policy is absolute: products are marketed to adult smokers of legal age only, and Florida trade customers are expected to apply the same standard in their own channels.
Documents that travel with every shipment
All products are intended for adult smokers of legal age. We do not market to minors, our packaging carries no youth-oriented imagery, and trade customers are expected to follow the age-verification and advertising rules of their own jurisdictions.
For online sellers in Florida, the asset pack matters as much as the product: white-background images, spec tables and flavor descriptions let a new biff bar box mod listing go live the day stock arrives.
Sample policy and product evaluation
Distributors highlight the paperwork side. Customs-cleared shipments with complete documents, accurate packing lists and responsive freight coordination reduce the total landed cost far more than haggling over cents on unit price.
Online sellers value the asset pack: clean product images, flavor descriptions and spec tables mean a new biff bar box mod listing can go live the day stock lands, instead of waiting on a photoshoot.

Frequently asked questions
How do you handle defective units?
Confirmed defects are replaced on the next order against photo or video evidence. Pre-shipment AQL inspection keeps defect rates low, and claims are processed against batch records rather than estimates.
How are orders packed for transport?
Units ship in sealed inner trays inside five-layer export cartons under 18kg each, with full carton markings. Palletization, stretch wrap and corner protection are standard for container loads.
How long does production and shipping take?
Ready-stock orders ship within days; custom or production orders take 10 to 15 working days depending on quantity and season. Sea freight to most major markets follows on top of that, with air freight available for urgent launches.
Are samples available before a bulk order?
Sample sets are available for trade buyers evaluating a first order. The sample policy depends on the line and destination; ask the desk for current terms and we will deduct sample cost from the first bulk order where applicable.
Can I order mixed flavors in one carton?
Yes. Most biff bar box mod lines allow mixed flavor packing within a master carton, typically in inner-tray multiples. This lets retailers offer a broad range from day one and identify the local best-sellers before reordering deep.
How do I get a current price list?
Message +86 13711127975 on WhatsApp or WeChat with your quantity and destination. The trade desk returns live unit pricing, available flavors and freight estimates, usually within a few hours on business days.
What payment terms do you accept?
New orders generally run on bank transfer with a deposit to confirm production and the balance before shipment. Established accounts with order history can discuss milestone-based terms for container programs.
Can you help with flavor selection for my market?
Absolutely. We maintain regional sales data and can propose a starter flavor mix matched to Australia, then refine it based on your sell-through. Fruit, ice, mint, tobacco and dessert profiles are all in regular production.
Can I print my own brand on the products?
Private-label biff bar box mod is supported with modest minimums, covering device colors, logo printing, flavor development and full custom retail packaging. Digital mockups precede physical samples, and production starts only after your sign-off.
