New York Biff Bar Box Mod Packaging & Cartons: Pre-Order Checklist for Wholesale Buyers

Timing orders around the production calendar

Standard export orders move by sea in full-container or less-than-container loads through Shanghai Yangshan, with air freight and rail options for urgent top-ups. Typical door-to-door timing is 7 to 10 working days depending on destination and season, and we book early around Chinese public holidays when capacity tightens.

Cartons for biff bar box mod are built to survive international handling: five-layer corrugated board, molded inner trays, and weight kept under 18kg per master carton to comply with common carrier limits. Carton markings include item code, flavor, quantity, batch number and gross/net weight, so warehouse receiving is fast.

Minimums, tiers and payment terms

Minimum order quantities are designed for trade: typical entry at 500 units, with mixed-flavor cartons available so first orders are not forced into a single profile. Volume tiers usually step up at pallet and container quantities, where per-unit savings become significant.

Trade demand in New York rewards depth over breadth. A focused biff bar box mod core range that never goes out of stock outsells a wide shelf with gaps, so the packaging and cartons plan should be built around real turnover rather than catalog size.

First orders from New York rarely need to be large. A mixed biff bar box mod carton starting at 2,000 units tests flavor response, packaging quality and transit time before the buyer commits to deeper stock.
