Biff Bar Box Mod OEM Service FAQ for Morocco Retailers and Distributors
Landed cost planning for Morocco buyers
Standard export orders move by sea in full-container or less-than-container loads through Shanghai Yangshan, with air freight and rail options for urgent top-ups. Typical door-to-door timing is 12 to 18 working days depending on destination and season, and we book early around Chinese public holidays when capacity tightens.
Display support travels with the goods: counter display units, flavor cards and shelf-ready label artwork are available for Morocco launches, so the range lands merchandised instead of boxed.
How a first order usually runs
At VapeWholesaleHub, biff bar box mod is one of the most consistent movers in our wholesale catalog, and buyers across Morocco keep it on standing order because the reorder cycle is short and the sell-through rate is high. We supply distributors, chain stores, online retailers and independent shops directly from the manufacturing hub in Shenzhen, which means factory pricing without the middle layers that normally inflate unit cost.
Age policy is absolute: products are marketed to adult smokers of legal age only, and Morocco trade customers are expected to apply the same standard in their own channels.
Sample policy and product evaluation
Where issues do occur — a damaged carton, a rare defective unit — the replacement policy is applied against photo evidence with minimal back-and-forth, which is the service point our long-term accounts mention most often.
When destination rules in Morocco change, paperwork changes with them. Flag the market at quotation stage and the desk confirms the exact certificate set in writing rather than at customs.

Frequently asked questions
What puffs and battery specs do these devices offer?
Configurations range from compact 5,000-puff devices with 550mAh cells to high-capacity lines, spanning e-liquid volumes of 20ml. Specifications are confirmed per SKU on the quotation sheet.
Can I order mixed flavors in one carton?
Yes. Most biff bar box mod lines allow mixed flavor packing within a master carton, typically in inner-tray multiples. This lets retailers offer a broad range from day one and identify the local best-sellers before reordering deep.
Which nicotine strengths are available?
The range typically spans 20mg nicotine salt, subject to destination regulation. Zero-nicotine versions are offered for markets that restrict nicotine, and strength labeling is adjusted to match local requirements.
How do I get a current price list?
Message +86 13711127975 on WhatsApp or WeChat with your quantity and destination. The trade desk returns live unit pricing, available flavors and freight estimates, usually within a few hours on business days.
What payment terms do you accept?
New orders generally run on bank transfer with a deposit to confirm production and the balance before shipment. Established accounts with order history can discuss milestone-based terms for container programs.
What is the minimum order quantity for biff bar box mod?
Standard wholesale minimums start at 200 units, depending on the line and whether stock is ready. Mixed-flavor cartons are available so small buyers can test the full range without overcommitting to a single profile.
How are orders packed for transport?
Units ship in sealed inner trays inside five-layer export cartons under 18kg each, with full carton markings. Palletization, stretch wrap and corner protection are standard for container loads.
Can you help with flavor selection for my market?
Absolutely. We maintain regional sales data and can propose a starter flavor mix matched to the United Kingdom, then refine it based on your sell-through. Fruit, ice, mint, tobacco and dessert profiles are all in regular production.
Do you provide compliance documents?
Yes. RoHS certificates, MSDS, UN38.3 battery transport reports and specification sheets are available with orders. Tell us your destination at quote stage so we confirm the exact document set in writing.
